Skilled-based pay for knowledge compensates employees for adding benefits and value to DCCL TSS’s. Behind skilled- based pay for-knowledge system, employees accept compensation based on the number and types of tasks they are able to complete. Example, skilled-based pay for knowledge identify that multi-skilled employees are valuable as DCCL assets, value more to DCCL than if they are trained in a single task or skill. Cross-trained, productive employees provide management with the flexibility to assign them in ways that match the work plan. The purpose of skilled-based pay system is to improve customer satisfaction. This will require experience TSS’s workforce.
